John Lofrumento founded The Lofrumento Agency in 2005 with a focus on providing quality insurance advice to families in our community. We’ve grown over the years but we’ve never lost our focus.
We have customers in all parts of New York State but the majority of our customers are from right here in the Capital Region from cities and towns such as Clifton Park, Ballston Lake, Ballston Spa, Malta, Saratoga Springs, Burnt Hills, Latham, Colonie, Albany, Schenectady, Niskayuna, Glenville, Scotia, Rexford, Waterford, Mechanicville, Troy, and the neighboring communities.

Meet John: I’ve lived in the Capital Region my entire life. I grew up in East Greenbush and graduated from Siena College. I live in Halfmoon with my wife Kerry and our two wonderful children.
I enjoy being active in the community. I help local businesses and their employees thrive through my volunteerism with the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce. I also champion youth sports and numerous local charities. I try to give back as much as possible to the community that has been so supportive of me over the years.
Two of my other passions are things with wheels and books. From Corvettes to Vespas (I own both) and everything in between, if it has wheels, count me in! Also, after I tuck my children into bed, I usually grab my Kindle and dig into a good book each night.

Jim has been with the Lofrumento Agency since February of 2007. With over a decade of experience with Allstate, Jim has an abundance of product knowledge. He specializes in many types of insurance, but his favorites are home, life and auto. He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2004, where he met his wife, Liz. They have two children together and Jim loves to spend time with his family and friends. His favorite past time is playing in the pool with his kids.

Rhiannon joined the team in 2018, and she specializes in customer experience. She has an extensive background in customer relations, stemming from her degree in culinary arts and hospitality. When she is not at the office, you might find her at Clifton Park Ice Arena cheering on her son’s hockey team. Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her family and exploring local attractions.

Victoria joined the Lofrumento Agency in 2022 and is the newest member of our team. She brings a wealth of insurance claims experience to our agency. Before joining us, she worked with another company helping people navigate the property insurance claim process. Victoria is also a proud mother and grandmother as well as an avid artist who enjoys graphic design.
